Sustainability and Special Projects Manager - Il Borro

Vittoria Ferragamo, daughter of Ferruccio Ferragamo, was born in New York and completed her academic education in Europe, graduating in International Communication at some of the most prestigious institutions.

Ever since she was a child, she has cultivated a great love for horses and still devotes herself passionately to them today.

Having joined Il Borro in 2013, initially taking care of all the activities related to the horses and the vegetable garden, Vittoria has focused mainly on agricultural-biological production, bringing Il Borro's vegetable garden back to life, not only for the production of vegetables for the Estate's restaurants, but also to promote crops that had been lost over time and are linked to the territory. Her ongoing research into sustainable forms of agriculture and biodiversity have made her an ambassador for the estate's sustainability project, taking on the role of Sustainability and Special Projects Manager from 2023.

Moreover, in 2024 Vittoria joined the new Relais & Châteaux Sustainable Development Commission with the aim of strengthening the association's commitment to environmental and social sustainability.
