With twenty years of experience in the luxury and hospitality industry, including stints at Michelin restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Gualtiero Marchesi, her career has evolved towards an elite audience. A graduate of the British Butler Institute, she has worked closely with numerous Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), holding roles between super yachts and private residences as Head Butler and House Manager. As her career has progressed, her studies have also evolved, with a focus on etiquette, etiquette, ceremonial, and codes of conduct. She firmly believes that a modern Butler is defined by one guiding principle: "Excellence is doing ordinary things in an extraordinary way."
