Executive Director and Board Member @AIDAF - Italian Family Business
She graduated in Literature and Philosophy from the Catholic University of Milan with a specialisation in Social Communications in 1990. After her first experiences as a publicist and copywriter, she collaborated with various brands of the L'Oréal Group, following their press office, PR and events.
She arrived at Salvatore Ferragamo in 1995 as Director of External Relations and Global Communications, a position she left in 2000 to move with her family to Los Angeles, where she was in charge of the Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund until 2009, serving on the Board of Directors, organising and taking the 'Timeless Audrey' exhibition around the world.
In 2010, she returned to Italy as Corporate Project Manager for Louis Vuitton Italy and then as Director of B2B and B2C Communication for McArthurGlen Group.
From 2010 to 2015 she was also a Board Member of the American School of Milan. In 2015 she began a new journey at illycaffé, where she will remain until 2020 covering various roles, most recently as Director of Corporate Reputation and Sustainability and Director of the Ernesto Illy Foundation.
Since 2020, he has worked as a consultant for major clients in corporate communications, institutional relations and sustainability, including in particular the Davines Group. In 2020 he founded and directed the Regenerative Society Foundation, of which he is now a Board Member, together with a group of European entrepreneurs.
Since September 2021, she has been Managing Director of AIDAF - Italian Family Business.
