Bio

Erika Fay Nicole, a graduate in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Brussels, has always nurtured a deep passion for the world and its different cultures. After completing a third degree in Media Relations in Rome, she began her career with the World Food Programme (WFP) and the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO).

Subsequently, Erika moved to New York, working at the United Nations and devising an innovative video interview programme for the Department of Public Information.

In 2016, she returned to Italy and created a new video interview format focused on the food&wine sector and luxury hospitality, reflecting her personal passions. Her experience and creativity led her to collaborate on the national TV programme 'Venice is Cooking', broadcast on Italia 7Gold in collaboration with Guide de l'Espresso, of which she was co-author and presenter. Since 2020, she has edited the hospitality and food&wine column for Genius People Magazine, further consolidating her reputation in the sector.

In 2020, Erika founded EFNcommunication, a brand journalism company specialising in strategic consulting for luxury brands in the hospitality and lifestyle sector. EFNcommunication is distinguished by the EFN method, which puts human relationships at the centre and uses partnerships and collaborations to create harmonious synergies, simultaneously contributing to brand and relationship building. Erika's motto, "NUMQUAM AUDENDI METUERE - NEVER BE AFRAID TO DARE", guides her every decision and choice, reflecting her bold and innovative approach to life and work.
