Head of Hospitality and Luxury Hospitality Business Development - Herita Marzotto Wine Estates SpA

Born in 1968, Andrea Dori began his career in the Food & Beverage sector at the end of the 1980s, working in the commercial field with several familiar Made in Italy brands at national level.
His passion for the world of luxury hospitality began at the end of the 1990s, when, thanks to his collaboration with Illy Caffè, he came into contact with this fascinating sector and the extraordinary protagonists who are part of it. Since then, more than 20 years of travelling in 40 countries around the world have enabled him to build valuable relationships with the most important hotels and luxury chains at international level.
After a stint in the luxury hospitality sector, but outside of Food & Beverage, with Frette, he decided to return to his true passion. He thus started a consultancy company dedicated to Italian family businesses wishing to expand their business in the world of luxury hospitality.
From mid-2023, he also starts a collaboration with HERITA MARZOTTO WINE ESTATES, a leading Italian wine producer of excellence in the world, to develop the luxury hospitality channel. As of October 2024, he is given the role of Head of Hospitality and Luxury Hospitality Business Development.
